I ordered 2 Candes water heater with Amazon India on 1st Sept 2018 for my tenant Pranav Verma in Noida sec 45. Order # 406-4766286-5623555. Each water heater was worth 2700. Pranav received delivery boy's call on 4th Sept, who mentioned that he has 1 package for him. He double confirm that he has only 1 package. Since he was in office, he asked delivery boy to leave the package with security guard. When he reached home in the evening, he collected he package from security guard and when he opened it, he saw only 1 water heater. I immediately registered a complain about this with Amazon and they said it will take 4-5 working days. On 12th Sept when I called them to find the status, they simply said without producing any proof that as per our backend team investigation, both water heaters are delivered to you. I asked them to show me the signature of the person, who have received the package but they are saying that they can not show that as per policy. It's my right to see the signature of the person, who have received the package and they need to prove that both heaters are delivered. They have establised a monopoly in Indian online market and cheating to the customer. Please help me to get justice.
