I have booked domestic and international tickets through Cleartrip on ** April. Within ten minutes of my booking, I realised that I have made a mistake in my son's name. The ticket reads Arju instead of Arjun. I straightway informed Cleartrip. For past fifteen days, I have made over hundred calls and emails to Cleartrip to amend the name which they have denied stating that Malaysian airlines have declined whereas I have a copy of emails where Malaysian airlines are asking the travel agency to initiate the process. I feel frustrated by the very simple task is being complicated by quoting some rules. Cleartrip is also not sharing the mail with Malaysian Airlines. Malaysian airlines on the site itself have a provision to correct the name by paying nominal fees. My Cleartrip id is [protected].
