I have purchased a laptop along with extended warranty which costs *k+ rupees from Reliance Digital showroom in Madanapalle branch, when my laptop got corrupted due to bitlocker key issue that they have created and all my data got lost and when went for servicing me on retrieving my MS office license key without even talking about lost data retrieval, they are asking the service charge again, not proving proper response and also asking longer wait time. I had to come out with frustration without getting my laptop serviced.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
