No response to the mails ,I've been mailing them since yesterday only one reply came back that to irrelevant, I've some issue with the name in the ticket I contacted the ease my trip and they said they send a mail to airlines regarding this issue them I contacted the airlines they said we didn't recive any mail from ease my trip and thay can't do anything unless they recive a approval mail from ease my trip.Then I mailed to ease my trip about this there is no reply I don't like this kind of behavior.
**/* customer service is also not working , what if there is any emergency to any of customer's who's calling for help from airport. I've been calling them from morning call is not even connecting , I've tried from many phones it's the same .
