Hi
I am a it professional and i work from home mostly and for that i need a internet connection at least ** hours per day. I am using excitel's internet service and for past * months there has been lotbof frequent disconnection. I know that stuff like this can happen but in month of july things got out of hand for me because i could not access internet for ** hours then * hours and for * days straight. This really affected my work i had to reschedule important calls and had to work using my phone. I had to o work late nights to get things done. I have logged several complaints using excitels app but there was no response frombthem except bunch of automated replies with fake. Promise. I tried to call on their help line no and that also kept me waiting for ** min and disconnected the call. I even posted on their fb page where i realized how shameless and pathetic this company truly is, never the less i am. Looking for some other isp but i want refund of *** rs for month of July as i have not been able to use internet properly and my work and life has been affected badly.
