I am a customer of excitel broadband. I have created a ticket (******) on **th March **** because the internet is lost. They have changed the status to resolved without fixing the issue.
When I called to customer care they created one more ticket (******) and resolved the issue on *th Apr **** after calling almost ** times. Until I call there is no update (message, mail or call) from excitel.
So, from ** March to * April internet is not worked. i.e they took ** days to resolve the issue. And it is again not working from *th.
Because of the very bad internet service, I asked excitel for refund. They created a ticket (******) on *nd April. From *nd April I am calling customer care daily and always the answer from them is the higher authority will call back you today or tomorrow. But till now nobody is called.
I have mailed to 'email@example.com' (PFA evidence) also till now there is no reply. Please help me to take action on excitel and get my refund amount.
