I had cancelled my flight booking with goibibo from Vancouver to Guangzhou and from Guangzhou to Delhi on *th March and my airline transferred the full amount of Rs.***** to goibibo within a week.So I waited for a month but goibibo didn't process my refund due to nationwide lockdown.After lockdown on **th May I filled web form on goibibo app to process my refund.Goibibo customer executive called and told me that my refund is processed and will be credited in ** days.Since that time whenever I register complaint for not getting refund, customer executive calls and tells me same thing over n over but nothing happens and no update,no refund was given.Now it's almost * months and I have no idea when will I get my refund.its very frustrating,mental harrasment I have been facing.so please help me with this problem and I want my refund of Rs.***** with interest and compensation from goibibo.
