Shipra Verma filed complaint against Goibibio on Dec 4, 2020

I have booked a few tickets from goibibo and below are the PNRs number.
These tickets have travel dates between **th march to **st April. But due to lockdown flights were cancelled.
I reachout to airlines indigo and spicejet. indigo said they have refunded cash to goibibo while spicejet said they have given creditshell to goibibo.
But i dont see anything on their site.

PNR - BJGNHG - Indigo Refunded in cash to Goibibo
PNR - TDV**L - Indigo Refunded in cash to Goibibo
PNR - JGV*WC - Indigo Refunded in cash to Goibibo

PNR - F*ZG*C - Spicejet Given creditshell to goibibo
PNR - T*DIGF - Spicejet Given creditshell to goibibo
