Booked an air ticket on goibibo on *rd June to travel on *th June ****,but flight got cancelled due to covid ** issue, ticket amount was credited as credit shell. Its been more than a month trying to use the credit shell for same passenger for the same destination, not able to do , While trying to contact customer care ,no response at all.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
