I am yet to receive refund from 'Make my Trip' for the booking made for my family travels to Thailand, ****. Due to Covid -** Pandemic situation, the flight i.e. Thai Airways cancelled their flight and I am yet to receive refund from Make my Trip, till date. Its been more than three years now, I have been chasing Make my trip and Thai airways for my refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
