Roma Trivedi filed complaint against Amazon India on Apr 23, 2022
I am having a refund related issue for the amazon order ID- ***-*******-*******. The order Includes * to * products, of which i haven't got refund for * of the products mentioning below:
Arrow Sports Men's Notch Lapel Slim fit Blazer (ASUBZ****_Grey_**)
Arrow Men's Notch Lapel Regular fit Blazer (AREB****_Blue_**fs)
Arrow Men's Slim fit Blazer (AFXBZ****_Blue_** FS)
I haven't got the refund for this * products, been concerned from **days. I had raised a complaint and the customer care team told me that they did checked with the warehouse and the response what they got from the warehouse was that in compared to this product they have received a local product. I tried hard proving myself right that it's highly impossible, as from my end I did give a perfectly delivered product with all tags and bags the way i received it. Amazon can also confirm with the courier person who checked and picked the product, infact while initiating a return i did uploaded the fair pictures of the product which was supposed to be returned, so its more than impossible that such a issue would have happened from my end. Plus now a days no courier person picks a product not as described in their return information provided to them.
Amazon connecting team was so rude and was not ready to hear my side and they simply took away hands from the case saying they cannot help me with anything. If a customer has to deal with such a long process and mental stress and that even to get their own money back then i would highly recommend not to shop from amazon, because their sellers are unauthentic and meant to do such frauds.
If from my end i would have done anything as such i would not have been fighting this much, and i openly give an assurity that if i am proven guilty amazon can take whatsoever action legally they could. and if amazon has more trust on warehouse compared to customers then i need proper, legal and valid proofs of the products i sended on the basis they are claiming the inappropriateness and proving me guilty. So from my end i am ****% sure that i handed over to the courier person a perfectly right product and thoroughly checked by the courier person.
So, requesting the voxya team to kindly look into this serious matter effectively and Asap.
I would further be asking for the **% Compensation from the Amazon company for not trusting the customer words, blind fully believing their warehouse or the sellers response (who are clearly doing fraud with customers) and for providence of mental disturbance.
