I have bought a BYJU'S IAS online program for ***** through emi * weeks ago. I was promised that I will get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the course. But When I tried contacting the agent, she didn't pickup the call. and I tried contacting BYJU'S customer care, but no response. I want to cancel the course and need refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
