Due to COVID'** Vistara agreed for full refund to our travel from **th March to **th March and so did the ticket booking channel partners i.e. Cleartrip and HDFC smartbuy portal. Since all channel partner agreed we asked airlines to cancel the PNR's and they marked them for a refund on **th March itself. But Cleartrip has a policy of refunding within ** days from the date of ticket cancellation. But now the ** days period also passed and there is no sign of refund. I have tried many ways to contact them. But their support number is switched off. I sent many follow up emails and they did replied but never affirmed that they are going to refund it soon.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
