I booked an online bus ticket from Vytilla Hub(Ernakulam) to Kayankulam between *:** AM to *:** PM on **/**/**. The Bus conductor did not call me in advance , in fact , I had to call him and when I did, I got to know the location of boarding told by him was totally different from what was being mentioned in the app. I told the bus conductor to give me some time to reach at that location but he did not respond. When I called him again he told me to be at Platform no:* of vytilla hub bus stop. I was a stranger to that location so I asked him some time to reach there but he cut the call After reaching to that location when I called him again , he told me to come at Platform no: * (as if we are at some railway station). Inspite of reaching that given location also he was not there . When I called him he told that the bus already left but I saw the bus and gave some signs and attempts to stop it but it went straight away. I had to follow the bus using a taxi which took me about** mins. I caught the bus near Alapuzza. There he rudely abused us in some malyali slangs ( "poda") but somehow I managed to get on my seat. I want you to deeply look into the concerned matter and incraese some hospitality towards your customers and please specify the exact pick up location. I was totally a starnger to this location and the app should provide me some assistance in these kind of sitiuations.
