Upgrad Com - No issuance of Course completion certificate

I am a working professional as well as a mother of * year old kid. I had registered for a course with Upgrad .com on GenAI for Marketing Professionals in the month of November **** . The entire course was self paced with few live sessions which were to be conducted on weekends . I completed the course in given time and also submitted the project assignment with good score ,but was unable to attend all the live sessions wherein my attendance was **% and they expected it to be ** % as per the criteria . Out of the scheduled live sessions on weekends few were rescheduled by upgrad due to some issues at there end. I also gave them my explanation about not able to attend live sessions on weekends due to my work as well as personal commitments and also asked them to provide a solution for reattending the live sessions . Though I completed the recorded live sessions which are uploaded in my upgrad login platform . But still they are not ready to issue my certificate just because of the live session criteria irrespective of my score in the project submitted . Also no other solution is being provided by them . I have paid Rs. **,*** for the course and they are not even ready to refund the same . This is leading to financial as well as mental harassment to me. I have given * months time and hardwork in my self paced sessions as well as completion of assignments and Quiz for the course.
