Hi,
In the upgrad refund policy no where it is mentioned that block amount of rs ***** is not refundable however upgrad team refuse to refund ***% amount . Although not a single lecture was attended by ne it was just a block amount to reserve the seat which they were chasing it for so long. after online payment of ***** they are not ready to refund my hard earned money
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
