Upgrad Com - Not getting entire refund

Hi,
I applied for MBA course during the month of March **** but due to Covid ** hardship I was not able to pay them the entire money. They told me that I am eligible for a Refund. But I wanted full refund due to Covid hardship. Till now I have not received the full refund. My Course has been deffered and I am not getting any support from upgrad online education. Please help me in getting full refund.
