Hi,
I had opted for an online bba program from Upgrad for my sister. However I opted out immediately. Since then it is already two months. Whenever I email to refunds@upgrad.com they reply refund and loan cancellation is in process. You will receive the refund shortly. But no refund or response after that.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
