Please provide me information regarding where I should complain against your inability to provide services. Excitel- My broadband service provider closed internet service since Saturday in the name of lock down.
Your customer care is irresponsive and local partner doesn't attend the phone. It has been * days I have been marked absence as I have been working online. Who will be responsible for this?
Please at least give me information where I can complain or get legal assistance against excitel.
