- No internet service from Act Fibernet Open
I am a resident of bachupally. For * days I am not getting internet and not even a single call from the Act Fibernet. Despite sending many emails, they are always sending a standard email reply format. I called many times to their customer care, they just listen. But no help. I am almost frustrated with their service. I paid the *-year amount in advance. I did not receive a single call from them on my issue. I even raised a support ticket * days ago and no update. Could you please help. And it is the second time act fibernet frustrated me. I need compensation for the inconvenience caused to me. I am attaching my email follow-ups.
