I'm using this company for home broadband for a while now and I pay quarterly for the services but since my last quarter and current cycle my internet has be down for over a month with * customer support.
I received a call from a person who claimed to be excitel technical staff which came in my home and took the wifi adapter with him and said its broken his phone is switched off since he left I tried contacting the support but they have zero interest in helping me or they just don't care anymore if it works or not because I've already paid for the services.
I told them I'll file an official complaint against them they said *you can do whatever u want we do not have a refund policy*. I need my refund I don't want to use this company service anymore I'm tired of making complaints everyday for internet.
