It’s been days that there is no internet connection at all, I’ve been complaining continuously to the customer care, raised tickets, called them hundreds of time but no action taken on resolving the issue. It’s been a pathetic excitel service experience. I was working from home and now losing out on all my clients as I’m not able to have online meetings due no internet connection.
I had paid for updated * months internet plan and it stopped working after a week of the payment. They are not giving me the internet then at least they should give me back *-* month’s advance money that I paid. So that I can switch to some other service as there is no intension from excitel’s side to give me internet connection.
