I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have experienced. Your executives misled me with persuasive conversations and brochures showcasing attractive properties in India and overseas. In January ****, during a meeting in Mahabaleshwar, I became cautious and initially paid INR **,*** for a *-year membership under the condition that I would first use your service. Only if I was satisfied would I then pay the AMC charges along with the remaining membership fees. This condition was clearly stated by your executive and documented as follows: "Client will pay the remaining amount if the Client Mr. & Mrs. Suthar likes our service and the first free holiday."* (Enclosed is a signed letter as proof)."
While i asked the same thing to mention on agreement then they said "Not to worry sir it is our standard agreement for and we can not modify it hence providing you a separate letter in which we will mention the same that you will pay once you liked our service and first free service.
Additionally, I was given a winning coupon, which your team assured me could be used at any time. However, every time I attempted to use it, your executives denied the request, citing reasons such as the need to first pay AMC charges or restrictions during certain periods. I received similar excuses when trying to access paid services.
When I requested a refund, I was told that I should have raised the request within ** days of payment, which was never communicated to me initially.
Now they are not even responding there email are getting bounced back customercare@leelagrandvacations.com & reservations@leelagrandvacations.com
