My car is HYUNDAI SANTRO XING-GJ**HF**** ( USHA RAO)
My BAJAJ ALLIANZ POLICY NO IS- OG-**-****-****-********
And my previous policy is from HDFC-*******************
Now I receive the NCB RECOVARY LETTER which says I must pay the NCB AMOUNT.
In past for my car I did not take any claim.So on what basis they said that I have claim in my policy???
Today I again receive NCB RECOVARY letter .
