I made a mistake while booking a flight from mexico city to paris, i put the surname in given name, after realzing the mistake i am constantly following up with easemytrip and they saying it is a name change and not name correction. I have share the passport photo to the travel agent and still they are not ready to make the correction. I have contacted the airline and they said that they can make the change but request must come from easemytrip and they have received no such request, so easemytrip is just denying name change without actually calling the airline
