I have cancel my order on the * of April **** and till today the refund has not been initiated. As written in the reliance digital website regarding the refund policy it clearly stated that the refund takes * to * days to get done but up till today the refund has not been processed and it’s already been more then ** days and i have contacted them and they have told me that their team is working on it and my issue has been highlighted this was the response im getting after many times i have contacted them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
