I have complained against Netflix . I have done payment and got the message from bank account that money is gone to Netflix but account of Netflix is showing that your payment is pending and I talk to customer service live chat of Netflix and they said my payment is not received to them but I have transactions details of payment. my money is gone for no reason and they are not refunding me
