I ordered my CAT **** program on BYJUS online site for a total amount of Rs. ***** and the order was placed successfully after paying the full amount. After that when I am calling to know my order status they are telling we don't have any order received from your end and our technical team is looking into the issue. This they have been telling for the last * days. Please help me with this.
