I missed the flight on **th April ** (BAH -TRV) Gulf air. That day I bought a new ticket for my travel to trv on **st April **. After **nd April I applied my cancellation request for my ticket **th April. Some times later I got an email MMT says that your request for cancellation of booking Id: NN************* is received and the request is currently being processed. They will update me with the cancellation confirmation and refund details in ** hours. If I didn't get any refund they will call me to confirm to cancel my booking or not. But on **th April ** around *:** pm I get another mail from MMT says that my both flight tickets are cancelled and I am not eligible to get any refund. They didn't call me to confirm do I need to cancel my booking or not. Then I contacted MMT portal through chatting and calling with different agents to solve my problem. They transferred my call to one of their supervisor Akash. He told me that he will call me in ** hours and solve my problem, reissue my ticket. But nothing will happen till now. After this duration, I called them several times but they didn't solve my problem. I want to go back to Bahrain on **th May ****. So I need hope that I send this complaint to Voxya to get a solution. if they reissue my ticket or I need a full refund I paid for the booking.
