i use internet through you broadband . a month ago i started suffering from low internet speed and frequent internet disconnections multiple times in a day. i did what a normal person will do , i used the consumer helpline to get the solution of my issue . when i called the helpline first time at that time they told me that they will solve my problem with a technical visit but no techician arrived at my place so i called again and same thing repeated. when i called the helpline for the third time , i made them describe speially that i want a visit of technician to get my issue solved but no response was given same thing repeated everytime i called . whenever i call them they just tell me that servers were rectified to get the solution but i never got the solution i wanted a technical visit at my place to get a chackup about what was the exact issue but nobody responded . i also requested a callback of superior but my *st request was neglected so i requested a callback again by calling and my second request was fullfilled i got a callback from the superior i complained to him about my issue so he told me that i will get a technical visit in * to eight working hours so i told him and gave him ** hours to get my issue solved but at this time ** hours passed away but no technician arrived . i dont know what to do next . i hope this will help...
