i ordered a dress before lockdown , the material and the stuff of dress is too bad quality . So , i want to refund it. I done the process by sending them mail with attached pics but after that lockdown is applicable and i'm not able to return it , but i always done them a mail for responding me but they always sent me mail that unavailability of there team.
