- Money taken but booking not made Closed
The complaint is regarding my baggage booking which I did from EMT for my Air Asia flight from Bangkok to Phuket. I have purchased ** kg of baggage from EMT for Rs ****. We were informed at Bangkok airport that EMT has not updated and paid the same with Air Asia due to which we have to pay extra **** THB ( Rs **** ) at the airport. Due to this carelessness of EMT, we had to face a lot of problem and embarrassment at the airport. Above that when we filed a complained at EMT customer care we were not being addressed properly. They tell me we will call you in * hour but they don’t call. Now I think they are least bothered about my complaint. I request you to take some serious action against them so that they won’t do such things again and refund me Rs ****/-. Complain no. with EaseMyTrip:- *******.
