Easemytrip.com - Money not refund

I booked ticket on easemytrip march due to coronvirus pendmic indigo has been refunded my amount **** rupees on ** march till I didn't get my refund. I raised ** times compaint but one hear my complaint.
Watsapa service is worst service.
If you asked any thing they take time minimum ** minutes to reply .
After replay also take too much delay .
You just got stuck.
Always tell lockdown is there as if now we have limited source..
Please never booked through easemytrip agents .
Choose other one .
Please help any one refund my amount
