i paid advance cash money in advance for a * months plan and it took ** days for them to install after repetitive compliants , then the internet speed was not available i asked them to collect their router and terminate but they purposefully kept it active to finish the * months, i asked them to give me refund for * months and terminate the connection but they kept on calling me harrasing me to renew the connection and they are threating me for legal consequences
