BigBasket - Money got deducted but BigBasket show its failed Later confirmed by BB that transaction was Success

I had done * order
*st order: *st order done on *th May of ***.** and money was deducted through payzap app and transaction was Successful but big basket said it was failed.
*nd order: it was done on ** may and same case happened.
I called on **th may to big basket customer support and they confirmed that transaction was Successful and based on my request it will be credited to my Bigbasket Wallet in ** hour.
Now its ** May but no updated. I called again on ** then ** may also but their ** hour keep increasing.
