I was trying to book make my trip double black service and used Hdfc coupon code to get the *** Rs discount. The total payable was ***. I tried paying but due to network failure, I guess the booking is not get confirmed. But then I saw that the amount was deducted from my account. I expected that money should come back as I've not got the service running or the service should start for my account.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
