- Mobile Dead in 5 months Open

I bought a mobile through Flipkart on September **, which means I received the product on October *. In the first month the mobile was working fine and in November mid it started showing some errors. I did a hard reset and again the mobile was working fine. Last day on February * my mobile was dead and on February ** I took the mobile to the service center. They said that it is a board complaint and it has to be replaced. Also he said it will take ** days and when I called him today, he said there will be a delay and the board will be replaced by this weekend. Just imagine, a mobile bought in a period of *-* months started showing complaints. It's motherboard has to be replaced. Is this the QOS ? I know this has nothing to do with you guys and also I am a Plus member. I had bought many mobiles from Flipkart and this was my first experience. My mobile was around **k rupees which was my whole life savings and it's dead now. I need a Mobile replacement.
