- Missing car central lock car key Open

I booked car in August and I bought Tata Punch ICNG from zadex showroom, sec **, Gurgaon, on ** nov **** and on same day i have completed my paper work.
On same day i came to know they were providing me normal single car key instead off pair of key with central lock key. They asked me to pick key on ** nov **** as I wanted to delivered card on ** nov ****.
But on ** nov i faced same issue, they didn't provide me central lock key and pair of key. They gave me * normal key. Since ** November till today they are asking me more time to get the key. But there are unable to resolve my this issue.
Almost * month going to go, but still I dont have any solution, they provided me car with missing key, bubble paint on right tail light and front and rear door disbalance.
