I purchased Nexon Petrol Kaziranga car on **nd May **** from Ambala Cantt Metro Motor. That time I felt that there is some fishy with the body however the sale person guided me that he will do the touch during the service time. However after * months during car inspection I got to know that I received the damaged car. I done the inspection from spinny, car**, cardekho .. everyone has said the same time. As I have visited Metro Motors showroom today post their invite to discuss the compensation on table, however there is nothing new discussion happened. I came from Gurgaon by taking leave from my office, spend **** rupees on petrol, leaving my *th month pregnant wife alone at home. This is totally poor services and worst human behaviour from Metro Motor -Tata Motors authorised dealer. Also they neglected their PDI mistake by saying that car paint issue was from the Tata Motor manufacturing end and Metro Motors don't have any role in this. I simply provide them the option on table that either replace the car with same car or provide the compensation to me. During workshop check I have also stated the engine sound, engine noise sound, gear shift issue and extra door and body sound during bumpy road, engineer at workshop accept the same. GM Sunil as asked for the time till tomorrow for final resolution, post that I will go consumer court where both Metro Motors Dealer and Tata Motor will be liable for Old Car sold to customer.
