Cleartrip - Misleading information by cleartrip flight booking

I was looking to book a flight from Delhi to Auckland on **-**-****. So I checked cleartrip. I saw an flight from New Delhi to Auckland having only * stop at Kuala Lumpur on **-**-****.
Del to Kuala Lumpur
Kuala Lumpur to Auckland
I booked the flight and paid the amount of Rs. *****. Cleartrip send me the ticket on which * stop was mentioned. After few minutes the airline( Air Asia) send me the confirmation on email. Airline ticket have * stops that is
Del to Kuala Lumpur
Kuala Lumpur to Sydney
Sydney to Auckland
I immediately called the cleartrip that airline provided me the *nd stop of Sydney and I cannot travel through Sydney as I requires transit visa for that.
I requested to reschedule my flight or provide me refund. They told me that flight has only *hr ** min layover at Sydney and your flight will also remain same so there is no requirement of transit visa. I told them to provide this information in writing. Then they told me that they will contact airline and tell me. Till now they are not providing me any solution. Whenever I will call them they told me that they are working on your issue and have email to airline for the requirement of transit visa. Sadly they are not getting reply from airline even after * days. There are only two days left for my flight. I cannot cancel the flight because it has non refundable type of fare.
Cleartrip is cheating the customers by not showing the *nd stop of Australia. No one can travel through Australia through transit visa. If cleartrip would have mentioned Sydney layover it would have never booked the ticket.
