At **.** CET on **.**.****, I booked a flight from Munich to Delhi as a single itinerary. The service, we received was extremely unsatisfactory because first of all the ticket was not issued on time. Secondly, it was no where mentioned that he will need to pay for baggage transfer at every stop from Munich to Kiev, Kiev to Dubai and Dubai to Delhi. The poor quality of services has caused us *** Euro loss which is almost double of the prices we have paid for the ticket. Furthermore, we had to go through the trouble of contacting several airlines and authorities for baggage transfer. It was NOWHERE mentioned on the ticket that we need to pay for every stop ** Euros. The information provided by the goibibo was misleading since the beginning as it showed * PC Baggage of ** Kg each allowed for the itinerary, we have booked. The mental torture Goibibo has caused cannot be compensated at all.
It is my case that you were in breach of contract as you failed to use reasonable care and skill in the provision of the service and accordingly I am entitled to claim from you [the service charge which I paid under this painful process, the cost of rectifying the damage described above costs *** Euros.
We were told a day before our flight that we get zero baggage allowance, which is never the case for a single itinerary booked for long international flight. Without even stepping out of the airport, just for baggage transfer we had to pay extra money. The lethargic and callous attitude of customer service has caused unnecessary trouble and trauma.
I look forward to receiving the cheque for that amount within the next ** days.
