One counselor of byjus visited our home in November **** name shubham tyagi(**********) told us to get enrolled I aakash+byjus in which he told us that my son Divyanshu jain will attend online classes in **th class and will be shifted to physical batches in ** and ** class but now we are told that you can't join for offline classes this is totally misleading strict actions should be taken towards the counselor and our amount should be refunded or transfer him to physical batche
