- MI Pro 43 inch flickering ^Open

Hello,
It is very disappointing to experience such a worst service from such a reputed brand. Does this mean that with a company like Xiaomi, does it take ** days to attend consumer complaint and i it such an unorganised corporate set up?
I just hope someone takes efforts to read this full email. 
Also, will also reach out consumer court forum, if my issue is not attended within next ** hours.
It has been only one and half year i have purchased MI *A TVPro ** inch. While all was working perfectly fine in the TV till Wednesday night of ** Oct ****, suddenly on ** Oct, ****, morning, when we switched on the TV, it started flickering. I did on/off TV and also did the system update. But nothing worked. So called the customer service and i got the complaint number TV******** and i was assured that technician would visit in ** hours. While I had requested visit on the same day, it was told to me that it is never possible. I agreed.
Next day on Friday when i called, I was told that the technician visit slot has been booked for saturday and nobody in the system knew why it was so. I got no satisfactory answer.
Today, on Saturday ** Oct, when i called again, i was told that the inventory is not available and order has been placed and ** Oct is the date fixed for what nobody knows.
I am surprised to know that without the technician visit, how did anyone comt to know what is the issue in my TV. Every time i called i got shocking answers. When i insisted to speak with some senior, i kept the call on hold for ** mins, but noone turned up.
