- Malfunctioned Lapotop Open
I bought an Asus Laptop , Asus X540LA-XX538D (I3,4GB,1TB) from Yohana Computers,Mavoor Rd- Calicut on 21 April 2017. The laptop keyboard started to behave irresponsive within the first 6 months. And I had to change the keyboard during the same period from Axel service centre,Calicut, which is an authorized service centre of Asus.After few months, again the same problem started to affect the PC and by this time the warranty was over. I went to the same service centre and this time they wiped all my data and replaced the Keyboard and charged me ₹2600. They replaced my Ubuntu with Windows. Within 2 days the same problem started again. Again I went back there and handed over my laptop on 20th August,18. It's October 8 now. They are not giving my repaired laptop back, also not responding to my enquiry. Meanwhile I called Asus Helpline but they said they can't do anything about this.
Altogether, I might have used the laptop for 3 or 4 months. Ever since its with the service guys. I met another person recently who bought the same laptop along with me that day. He also experiencing the same complaint with keyboard.
I need justice. Our money has value too. It was a poor experience. Both quality wise as well as the services.
