I submitted my ASUS phone at the service center at Andheri, Mumbai on *th August **** because of the earphone jack not working and automatically switching off problem in the handset. The service center told me that they would repair the phone in * days and return it. I waited for five days, and I called them they told me to wait for few more days as the parts of my product is not being arrived yet. Then I called customer support who doesn't know anything about the product, parts delivery, who and from where will the part will be delivered. After multiple calls and escalation of my complaint and they start giving falsified information like it will be ready by that time. I'm quite disappointed by this event that they were giving me a random date to keep my mouth shut, and this happened *-* times. After ** days, finally, I got a call from the Service center telling me that my phone is repaired. They took ** days to repair my product after multiple escalations, multiple calling and emailing, and a lot of suffering to the consumer who doesn't have a phone with him for ** days. For a year's warranty, they give with the phone they keep the phone for a month. I'm quite disappointed with this type of service from ASUS. Two weeks after I get my phone back, it again started automatically switching off. The service center repairs my phone, which took nearly a month, and still, it has the same problem and can't even function correctly for two weeks. What kind of service are they providing?. Two days back(i.e., *th October ****), my phone's battery drains out, and it gets switched off, and now it's not working. I again contacted the customer care of the ASUS, and they asked me to submit the phone back to the service center. Seeing their services back then, I'm not going to do that. I want a complete refund of my phone and the compensation for the time and frustration they cause me during this whole process. This type of service was not expected by the company like ASUS, and I haven't bought the product for these services you provided. Please provide me a refund as soon as possible.
