Ashok Maridas filed complaint against Make My Trip on Feb 5, 2020
I booked an hotel in Ongole as part of travel with my team from the **th January last week. My stay at Regalia, Tirupati was pleasant. I reached Soumya International at Ongole the next day i.e **th midnight. Me and my team were greeted to rats and bedbugs all over! I called thrice the team at MMT kept hanging up.
I ran out for my life along with my team from this haven of rats and bedbugs and had to suffer middle of the night to find another hotel. I again called around *.** and requested the MMT executive not to hangup and explained my case in detail.
It's about a week since MMT promised action on this case and yet nothing has happened.
Am I supposed to wait endlessly for a response after having endured a harrowing experience and losing money and peace of mind!?
Does MMT not have the minimum courtesy of reverting the booking amount after something as disastrous as this happens to an old customer?
This brings me to the most painful past... Should I use the legal recourse to get my rightful dues!?
This concerns my booking id NH ************* of January **th. I have called several times and written several times... It's my long stay relationship with MMT that is stopping me from approaching the courts go get my rightful dues. Hoping to get justice!
