Urban Company - Loss due to false warranty commitment

I booked AC cleaning services from Urban Company. One of their engineer, named Mohd. Yakub visited and asked me to get gas refilling the copper coil changed with a total cost of INR ****. He committed that copper coil would be covered under warranty for * months and gas for * months and that too on a recorded line with customer care, representative, named Aryan.
I paid all the cost of INR **** and took the services and I was shocked to see the invoice, where only ** days warranty was mentioned and Urban company denied to extend the warranty or refund my hard earned money due to false commitment.
