I have booked an air India flight via ease my trip, i want to reschedule my flight. I talked with them more than ** times, they put my call on long hold, showing rude behaviour and *times sent wrong payment link because of which my card gt blocked. First they told me **** as difference fare, now it increases to ****. Price is increases continously & they didn't pick up the call and reply to emails after hours. I have all the details and mails with me as a proof. I am going to complaiint in consumer forum also as they mentally and financially harassed me by making false commitments.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
