i am prime member of amazon service
i regularly buy products from this site
as usual i ordered realme earbuds through this site in the month of september last year . and got its delivery on **th september
it's been * months and since last week it stpped working so visited realme service centre. and there i got to know that the product is local one which can't get repaired nor i can claim its warranty
i trusted amazon and i feel cheated now
