Neeru Grover filed complaint against Lenskart on Nov 13, 2018
I had ordered two spectacles - one near and the other one for distance, which I got it, but now I am facing problems as I now need progressive lenses, which Lenskart bluntly refused, as I requested them to convert these two specs into one progressive lenses as the frame is already there, high costing, they started blurbing about it, then about their **days rubbish policy, in short, they not ready to make these two specs into one progressive lenses, which is very annoying, lenskart has a shop here in our office complex, near to Candor infospace.
the staff is not educated at all, and offering high exorbitant prices only for lenses, inspite of having warranty period.
need help what best can be done regarding this, please advise
